धादिङ अपाङ्गता भएका व्यक्तिहरूको अधिकार, सहभागिता तथा समावेशी विकास प्रवर्द्धन गर्ने उद्देश्यले आयोजना गरिएको ५ दिने क्षमता विकास सम्बन्धी तालिम कार्यक्रम सफलतापूर्वक सम्पन्न भएको छ।

Dhading A 5-day capacity building training program organized with the aim of promoting the rights, participation and inclusive development of persons with disabilities has been successfully completed.
In the training organized by the Disability Rehabilitation Society Dhading from 2nd to 6th March, 2082, the chief administrative officer of Jalukami Rural Municipality, Netravati Dabjong Rural Municipality, Tripura Sundari Rural Municipality, Gangajamuna Rural Municipality, Rubivyali Rural Municipality and Khaniabas Rural Municipality, head of women, children and senior citizens/social development branch, officials of local disability coordination committee and members with disabilities and OPD. There was a significant turnout of delegates.
In the opening session of the program held at Salyantar Village Resort, Kholsi, Salyantar, Tripurasundari Rural Municipality-1, Dhading, Hon'ble Minister of Internal Affairs and Law of Bagmati Province Shivraj Adhikari participated as the chief guest and inaugurated the program.
In the training, the concept, definition and types of disability, national and international laws related to disability, services and facilities, problems, challenges and opportunities of people with disabilities, distribution process of disability identity card, role of coordination committee, inclusive development, inclusion in policy and budget, accessibility of public structures, role of OPD and rights-based development practices were facilitated.
From the program, it is expected that participants will increase their ability to implement policies and laws related to disability, as well as increase clarity and effectiveness in the service-facility delivery process. In addition, it is believed that strengthening the technical knowledge for formulating inclusive plans, budgets and programs at the local level will help to make disability coordination committees more active and result-oriented.
According to the organizing organization, the training is expected to provide practical knowledge on making public structures and services accessible, as well as to protect the rights of persons with disabilities and increase meaningful participation.

धादिङ अपाङ्गता भएका व्यक्तिहरूको अधिकार, सहभागिता तथा समावेशी विकास प्रवर्द्धन गर्ने उद्देश्यले आयोजना गरिएको ५ दिने क्षमता विकास सम्बन्धी तालिम कार्यक्रम सफलतापूर्वक सम्पन्न भएको छ।
अपाङ्गता पुनर्स्थापन समाज धादिङको आयोजनामा मिति २०८२ चैत २ गतेदेखि ६ गतेसम्म सञ्चालन भएको उक्त तालिममा ज्वालामुखी गाउँपालिका, नेत्रावती डबजोङ गाउँपालिका, त्रिपुरा सुन्दरी गाउँपालिका, गंगाजमुना गाउँपालिका, रुबिभ्याली गाउँपालिका र खनियाबास गाउँपालिकाका प्रमुख प्रशासकीय अधिकृत, महिला, बालबालिका तथा ज्येष्ठ नागरिक/सामाजिक विकास शाखा प्रमुख, स्थानीय अपाङ्गता समन्वय समितिका पदाधिकारी तथा अपाङ्गता भएका सदस्यहरू र ओ.पि.डी. प्रतिनिधिहरूको उल्लेखनीय सहभागिता रहेको थियो।
धादिङको त्रिपुरासुन्दरी गाउँपालिका–१, सल्यानटारस्थित सल्यानटार भिलेज रिसोर्ट, खोल्सीमा आयोजित कार्यक्रमको उद्घाटन सत्रमा बागमती प्रदेशका माननीय आन्तरिक मामिला तथा कानुन मन्त्री शिवराज अधिकारी प्रमुख अतिथिको रूपमा सहभागी भई कार्यक्रम उद्घाटन गर्नुभएको थियो।
तालिममा अपाङ्गताको अवधारणा, परिभाषा र प्रकार, अपाङ्गता सम्बन्धी राष्ट्रिय तथा अन्तर्राष्ट्रिय ऐन–कानुन, सेवा–सुविधा, अपाङ्गता भएका व्यक्तिहरूका समस्या, चुनौती र अवसर, अपाङ्गता परिचयपत्र वितरण प्रक्रिया, समन्वय समितिको भूमिका, समावेशी विकास, नीति तथा बजेटमा समावेशीकरण, सार्वजनिक संरचनाको पहुँचयुक्तता, ओ.पि.डी.को भूमिका तथा अधिकारमा आधारित विकास अभ्यास लगायतका विषयमा विस्तृत सहजीकरण गरिएको थियो।
कार्यक्रमबाट सहभागीहरूमा अपाङ्गता सम्बन्धी नीति तथा कानुनको कार्यान्वयन क्षमता अभिवृद्धि हुनुका साथै सेवा–सुविधा वितरण प्रक्रियामा स्पष्टता र प्रभावकारिता बढ्ने अपेक्षा गरिएको छ। साथै, स्थानीय तहमा समावेशी योजना, बजेट तथा कार्यक्रम तर्जुमा गर्ने प्राविधिक ज्ञान सुदृढ हुनुका साथै अपाङ्गता समन्वय समितिहरूलाई अझ सक्रिय र परिणाममुखी बनाउन महत्वपूर्ण टेवा पुग्ने विश्वास गरिएको छ।
उक्त तालिमले सार्वजनिक संरचना तथा सेवाहरूलाई पहुँचयुक्त बनाउने विषयमा व्यावहारिक ज्ञान प्रदान गर्नुका साथै अपाङ्गता भएका व्यक्तिहरूको अधिकार संरक्षण र अर्थपूर्ण सहभागिता अभिवृद्धि गर्न सहयोग पुर्‍याउने अपेक्षा गरिएको आयोजक संस्थाले जनाएको छ।
