Accessible Toilet Facility Completed

अपाङ्गता मैत्री शौचालय निर्माण सम्पन्न

With financial support from the Ministry of Culture and Tourism, Bagmati Province, and the initiative of the Disability Rehabilitation Society Dhading, a two-room permanent accessible toilet facility has been successfully completed at the renowned Narasimha Dham Temple premises, located in Ward No. 1 of Tripurasundari Rural Municipality, Dhading District.
The facility has been constructed in accordance with Universal Accessibility standards, ensuring convenient access and use for persons with disabilities, senior citizens, and other visitors. As Narasimha Dham is a well-known religious and tourist destination, this infrastructure aims to provide pilgrims and tourists with clean, safe, and accessible sanitation services.
The construction of this facility is expected to significantly enhance dignified access for persons with disabilities while also contributing to the promotion of inclusive tourism in the region.

संस्कृति तथा पर्यटन मन्त्रालय, बागमती प्रदेशको आर्थिक सहयोग तथा अपाङ्गता पुनर्स्थापन समाज धादिङ को पहलमा धादिङ जिल्लाको त्रिपुरासुन्दरी गाउँपालिका१ मा अवस्थित प्रसिद्ध नृसिंह धाम मन्दिर परिसरमा दुई कोठे पक्की अपाङ्गता मैत्री शौचालय निर्माण सम्पन्न गरिएको छ।
उक्त संरचना अपाङ्गता भएका व्यक्ति, ज्येष्ठ नागरिक तथा अन्य सेवाग्राहीहरूको सहज पहुँच र प्रयोगलाई मध्यनजर गर्दै सार्वभौमिक पहुँच (Universal Accessibility) का मापदण्डअनुसार निर्माण गरिएको हो। धार्मिक तथा पर्यटकीय गन्तव्यको रूपमा परिचित नृसिंह धाममा आउने दर्शनार्थी तथा पर्यटकहरूलाई स्वच्छ, सुरक्षित र सहज सरसफाइ सेवा उपलब्ध गराउने उद्देश्यले यो पूर्वाधार निर्माण गरिएको हो।
यस निर्माण कार्यले अपाङ्गता भएका व्यक्तिहरूको सम्मानजनक पहुँच सुनिश्चित गर्नुका साथै समावेशी पर्यटन प्रवर्द्धनमा समेत महत्वपूर्ण योगदान पुर्‍याउने अपेक्षा गरिएको छ।
